Users are advised that, effective July 1, 2023, the ownership of RBC Investor Services Bank S.A. has been transferred to Caceis. RBC Investor Services Bank S.A. was an affiliate of Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), operating under the brand name of RBC Investor & Treasury Services (RBC I&TS) - following this change in ownership, the affiliation to RBC has ceased. As a result, RBC Investor Services Bank S.A. would now be known as Caceis Investor Services Bank S.A., and clients would therefore be serviced under this new name - Caceis Investor Services Bank S.A. Clients are also notified that there is no material change in the delivery, content and use of the information and services available via the Global Custody Global Market Information (GMI) website and that any reference on the GMI website to RBC Investor Services Bank S.A. should be taken to mean Caceis Investor Services Bank S.A. Furthermore, it should be noted that,, as a result of the Caceis transaction, RBC I&TS is undergoing a brand name change, transitioning to RBC Investor Services (RBCIS) which will be apparent on the GMI website.
